The tasting

Appearance: A deep red colour with purple highlights, typical of Saint-Émilion wines.

Nose: A highly concentrated bouquet with notes of blackcurrant and cocoa, a smoky character with notes of cedar, tobacco and vanilla. A second impression reveals subtle mint aromas.

Palate: Full-bodied and very rich, with a well-integrated palate evoking black cherry liqueur, sweet blackcurrant, cocoa, cedar and vanilla. The texture is almost weighty, and the rich tannins give it a beautifully long finish.
