    What are the delivery times ?

    When a box set is offered for pre-order , it is because it is not yet produced. So we need some time to produce it. The estimated delivery date is marked on the product sheet and will be reminded in the confirmation email of your pre-order. We are doing everything possible to ship it as soon as possible. This can take a few weeks, and sometimes several months depending on the product and time of year.

    Once the package has been shipped , the home delivery time is 2-4 working days for France , 3-10 working days for other destinations.

    For orders for products in stock , the delivery time is usually quick, and can vary between 2 and 10 working days depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination.

    Satisfied or refunded

    If the product has not yet been shipped and you have not received the shipping email, you can request to cancel your order at any time by contacting us.

    If you have received the product and you no longer like it, or you wish to exchange it, you have 30 days to return it to us .

    To do this, simply send us a message from the contact page so that we can provide you with a return label , entirely at our expense.

    Once we receive the package, we can make an exchange , or refund you in full.

    Super concept mais déçue de la quantité

    Super concept, cadeau original, beau packaging par contre un flacon ne fait pas du tout l’équivalent de 2 verres pour moi. 100ml le flacon alors que pour moi un verre de vin c’est 12,5cl …Vu le prix je ne re-commanderais pas c’est dommage

    Très agréable découverte

    Premier essai chez Flakon avec cette sélection de rhums rares dont est friand mon compagnon.
    Dès le premier ce fut une impressionnante combinaison d'arômes puissants, suivi d'un goût tout aussi plaisant.
    Un peu moins amatrice que lui, je l'ai testé avec quelques gouttes dans mon café et je suis immédiatement tombée sous le charme de ce mélange.
    L'originalité des échantillons fait voyager et découvrir des versions inhabituelles de cet alcool présent bien au delà des sites réputés de fabrication, offrant l'opportunité d'un coup de coeur et d'un achat futur de ce dernier en quantité classique.
    C'est ce que l'on attendait d'une telle dégustation et cela donne forcément envie de tester la formule à nouveau sur d'autres propositions.

    Our wines are rigorously selected by professionals from among the rarest and most appreciated vintages in the world.

    This box contains 4 wines united by a common theme .

    We classify them under two categories: gems and prestige. Pépites are excellent and more affordable wines but little known to the general public. The prestiges are iconic but more expensive and inaccessible in bottle format.

    To be included in our selection, a wine must meet 3 criteria:

    • Validation of its quality by experts and awards
    • An area with a deep history
    • An advanced environmental commitment
