    Qu’est-ce qu’une précommande ?

    Lorsqu'un coffret est proposé en précommande, c'est qu'il n'est pas encore produit. La précommande permet donc de réserver nos coffrets qui ne sont pas encore en stock à un tarif préférentiel.

    Quels sont les délais de livraison ?

    Nous avons donc besoin d'un certain temps pour le produire. La date de livraison estimée est marquée sur la fiche produit et vous sera rappelée dans votre panier ainsi que le mail de confirmation de votre précommande. Cela peut prendre quelques semaines, et parfois plusieurs mois en fonction du produit et du moment dans l’année. Nous faisons tout notre possible pour l’expédier le plus tôt possible.

    Une fois le colis expédié, le délai est de 2 à 4 jours ouvrés en livraison standard en France métropolitaine et 3 à 10 jours ouvrés pour les points relais et les autres destinations.

    Pour les commandes de produits en stock, le délai de livraison est habituellement rapide, et peut varier entre 1 et 10 jours ouvrés selon le mode d’expédition choisi et le lieu de destination.

    Plusieurs envois ?

    Nous ne pourrons pas envoyer séparément d’autres articles ajoutés à votre panier; toutes les commandes seront envoyées via le mode d’expédition choisi dès que l’ensemble des produits sera disponible. Si vous souhaitez recevoir d’autres produits avant cette date, vous pouvez passer deux commandes séparées moyennant des frais de livraison supplémentaires éventuels.

    Satisfait ou remboursé

    Si le produit n’a pas encore été expédié et que vous n’avez pas reçu le mail d’expédition, vous pouvez demander à annuler votre commande à tout moment en nous contactant.

    Si vous avez reçu le produit et qu’il ne vous plaît plus, ou que vous souhaitez l’échanger, vous avez 30 jours pour nous le renvoyer.

    Pour cela, il vous suffit de nous envoyer un message depuis la page contact pour que l’on puisse vous fournir une étiquette de retour, entièrement à nos frais.

    Une fois que nous recevons le colis, nous pourrons procéder à un échange, ou vous rembourser intégralement.

    Franchement top ! Les rhums sont incroyables, et on est guidé de A à Z dans la dégustation pour un beau moment de plaisir et de partage. La site est sûr, la livraison super rapide, et bien protégé. Bonne quantité qu'on a partagé avec mon copain à qui la surprise a fait très plaisir 🥰 et niveau prix, c’est top pour la qualité et le bon moment passé, foncez.

    Super concept mais déçue de la quantité

    Super concept, cadeau original, beau packaging par contre un flacon ne fait pas du tout l’équivalent de 2 verres pour moi. 100ml le flacon alors que pour moi un verre de vin c’est 12,5cl …Vu le prix je ne re-commanderais pas c’est dommage

    Our wines are rigorously selected by professionals from among the rarest and most appreciated vintages in the world.

    This box contains 4 wines united by a common theme .

    We classify them under two categories: gems and prestige. Pépites are excellent and more affordable wines but little known to the general public. The prestiges are iconic but more expensive and inaccessible in bottle format.

    To be included in our selection, a wine must meet 3 criteria:

    • Validation of its quality by experts and awards
    • An area with a deep history
    • An advanced environmental commitment

    When a box set is offered for pre-order , it is because it is not yet produced. So we need some time to produce it. The estimated delivery date is marked on the product sheet and will be reminded in the confirmation email of your pre-order.

    We are doing everything possible to ship it as soon as possible. This can take a few weeks, and sometimes several months depending on the product and time of year.

    Once the package has been shipped , the home delivery time is 2-4 working days for France , 3-10 working days for other destinations.

    How do I track my package?

    When your package is sent, we send you a confirmation by email or text message to be sure that you receive it. It is in this shipping confirmation that you will find the link that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.

    What should I do if I have not received my package?

    Our packages usually do not fit in the mailbox. In the event of your absence during delivery, the carrier must normally leave a “call notice” . On this notice, it is indicated when the carrier must return, or otherwise where the package was left.

    It sometimes happens that the carrier does not leave a delivery notice. In this case, we advise you to regularly check the status of your delivery via the package tracking number sent to you in the delivery tracking email or SMS.

    If your package is announced “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your caretaker or your neighbors if they have not received it for you.

    If your package is announced “Returned to sender”, please contact our customer service.

    We ship worldwide . Delivery costs depend on the location and delivery method chosen.

    For mainland France, the shipping costs are as follows:

    • Delivery to relay point: €3.90
    • Standard Delivery: €5.90
    • Express Delivery: €9.90

    You benefit from free delivery throughout the European Union from 115€ of purchase via standard delivery and relay point.

    Each bottle has a capacity of 100ml, or two tasting glasses. Indeed, the optimal tasting quantity is 50ml in a professional INAO glass.

    According to numerous scientific studies , the aluminum screw caps used on our glass bottles are more effective than cork stoppers for preserving wine, thanks to their constant porosity, storage in all positions, and no risk. cork taint!
